We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please reach out to us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 20 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
